When I first partnered with Gia Stewart back in 2023, she was an expert with a "hidden gem" of a website. As an accredited practising Dietitian specialising in hormone health and perimenopause, her clinical knowledge was world-class, but her digital footprint was modest.

At the time, her site was ranking for only 90 keywords and had received just 666 organic visits for the entire year.

Today, those numbers tell a story of exponential growth. Gia is now ranking for over 2,700 keywords, with 202 of those holding steady on Page 1. Most impressively, in just the first week of January 2026, she surpassed 1,800 organic visits — more traffic in seven days than she saw in the entirety of 2023.

Here is the strategic breakdown of how we moved from "invisible" to "industry authority."

Phase 1: Building the Precision Foundation (2023–2024)

SEO success is like building a house; if the foundation is weak, the rest won't stand.

In 2023, our focus was purely on technical infrastructure and strategic intent. We didn't just want "any" traffic; we wanted the women who were actively searching for Gia’s specific expertise.

  • The Strategy: I implemented a full website optimisation and a deep-dive keyword strategy. We cleaned up the technical "debt" so search engines could easily crawl her site.

  • The Results: This triggered an immediate "lift." By February 2024, keyword rankings jumped 253% to 318 and Page 1 visibility increased by 209%.

"I knew I had the expertise to help women navigating perimenopause, but I felt like I was shouting into a void. Seeing the rankings jump in that first year was the first time I realised my website could actually be a lead-generation tool rather than just a digital business card." — Gia Stewart

Phase 2: Establishing Topical Authority (2025)

With the foundation solid, we pivoted to a high-intent blog strategy. We identified that Gia’s audience was searching for answers to very specific health struggles—insulin resistance, cortisol, and bloating.

  • The Strategy: We focused on "content clusters". We didn't just write blog posts; we created comprehensive resources that answered the exact questions her clients were typing into Google.

  • The Results: Google responded by rewarding Gia with "Topical Authority". Her Page 1 rankings more than tripled from 34 to 112. By the end of 2025, she achieved over 30K annual organic sessions, with 89% of that traffic coming directly from search.

"The blog strategy changed everything. Suddenly, women weren't just finding me through social media; they were finding me because I was answering their most urgent health questions at 11 PM on a Tuesday. The level of trust they had before they even booked a call was night and day." — Gia Stewart

Phase 3: The 2026 SEO & AI Pivot

In 2026, the landscape shifted. With the rise of AI Search and answer engines, being "on Page 1" isn't enough. We’ve had to evolve to ensure Gia stays ahead of the curve.

  • AI Authority: We are restructuring content to ensure AI models like Gemini and ChatGPT cite Gia as the definitive source. By using "expert synthesis" and explicit credentials, we’ve moved her from being "linked to" to being the primary expert cited in AI overviews.

  • The "Education to Action" Pivot: We identified that while her posts were educating beautifully, they needed a clearer path to conversion. I implemented a multi-CTA layout, placing strategic touchpoints throughout her content to guide readers toward bookings.

  • Sustainable Growth: The 2026 roadmap is designed for a busy clinician. We follow a "three-thing" monthly rhythm: 1 new post, 1 page optimisation, and 1 light technical check.

Here's a peek at what this strategy looks like:

The Big Picture: Why Long-Term SEO Wins

Gia’s 3,000% growth over three years is a testament to the power of compounding interest in digital marketing. We moved from 11 Page 1 rankings in 2023 to 202 today.

"Working with a long-term strategy meant I didn't have to stress about the daily algorithm changes. I knew the foundation was there. Seeing 1,800 people find my site in the first week of January alone is proof that the work we did three years ago is still paying off today." — Gia Stewart

Gia’s website is now a self-sustaining asset that works for her while she's in clinic. It doesn't just attract clicks; it builds trust, establishes authority, and most importantly, helps her reach more women who need her expertise.
